Parks And People Foundation

A grant program and community support service. They provide funds for tree plantings, vacant lot clean-up and restoration projects, community gardens, school yard plantings, rain gardens and environmental education activities.

LifeBridge Health

LifeBridge Health is pleased to partner with its nearby community organizations to provide some of the "extras" that help to enhance the lives of residents of these communities. The LifeBridge Health Community Small Grants Program helps to further the mission of LifeBridge to collaborate with our contiguous small community organizations.
